The Wide Application of Self Drilling Anchor
Self drilling anchor is widely used in projects of tunnel support, radial support, slope reinforcement, reinforcement and subgrade disease control engineering as an effective anchoring mean. In recent years, in China, self drilling anchor also has extensive use in Chinese rail systems, such as second line of Baoji-Chengdu Railway, Bao-Zhong Line, Nanning-Kunming Railway Line, Suo Huang line and several tunnels, embankment, slope in highway system. The wide application of self drilling anchor bolt has not only reaped significant economic benefits, but also resulted in good social and ecological benefits.
The construction method of self drilling anchors is very simple. The traditional construction method is anchoring after grouting. Now we are grouting after anchoring. Grouting pressure can reach tens of kilograms, not only can fill the anchor holes and cracks in the development of area, but also the slurry is still grouting and penetrating into cracks under pressure, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the structure of the surrounding rock.
