It’s reported by ACB News that Western Australia government planed to invest 3 billion AUD to strengthen eastern suburbs’ transit infrastructure construction, including Forrestfield-Airport Link and Gateway WA project in Western Australia.

Forrestfield-Airport Link is quite innovative, which will go through 2 tunnels at Bayswater, cross Swan River and Perth Airport, then it will reach Forrestfield. Its total length will be 8.5 kilometers, and 8.0 kilometers of which will be underground.

This is a huge milestone on the path to delivering transit infrastructure, which will change the face of Perth’s eastern corridor and give people direct access to the airport by public transport.

It’s also reported that quality sampling work of surrounding land and water resources has been finished almost and about 100 places had been bored, which are benefit for reducing influence for surrounding constructions.

Besides, in Sydney, it is helping build the Metro Northwest, a train line that will serve the city’s northwest.
